Margaret’s Sitter Session

I have been capturing Kerrie’s family for many years. She has two adopted boys who are awesome! Margaret, their latest arrival was a pregnancy she carried herself. I remember hearing all the amazing stories of her journey and was so excited once Margaret made her arrival. She is another gift from God, and this time, a girl! Mama wanted to capture another milestone session for her growing girl.

Kerrie wanted to capture that super fun milestone of sitting up. A milestone session is typically scheduled around the timeframe that the milestone typically occurs. Smiling (around 4 months), sitting up (around 7 months) and standing (around 10 months). These are all fun milestones that you will want to remember. For many people, Margaret’s session is considered a “sitter session”. And, of course Kerrie pulled out all the stops. She showed up at my studio with the most amazing bunny hat that you ever did see. Margaret was so full of smiles this day. She owned that hat (and carrots too!)
